There are only two LeadJen reviews present on the company’s home page, which seems rather odd. Apart from this, it also boasts a 4.5-star rating on Google, but we couldn’t find the company on the search engine, let alone its reviews. Perhaps the reviews were present there, but somebody deleted them. We can’t be sure about this. Apart from this, there are very few LeadJen reviews on other websites, and they vary from highly positive ones to reviews from dissatisfied clients. So, you have to consider both sides of the story before you consider hiring LeadJen for your lead generation services.

Be Careful while working with them!! Following are some of the issues we faced: - The email scripts they prepared had typos which we found out during review. You would expect that their team would review everything but that is not the reality. So, be prepared to thoroughly check their scripts - The person they assigned to manage the email outreach for our company did not have an updated LinkedIn account. When we searched for that person we noticed that they were working someplace else and not LeadJen. Maybe they hire contractors or freelancers to manage email outreach and not their own employees. - Their sales team is extremely pushy. The person we worked with lied to us and promised that they would get us 5 qualified leads each month. When we agreed to work with them, he sent the contract and asked us to sign while on the call. We did not get a chance to review the contract and later noticed that the contract mentions that they do not guarantee any specific number of leads. So, be sure to read the contract thoroughly before signing it. - When we asked for a refund, they did not issue a refund but agreed to cancel the contract immediately and not charge us for the next month. This might be a good option for some companies but for us, it was a very bad experience. If you notice the other reviews here, most of the high ratings are from their own employees and not their clients. I would recommend looking at some other AI based B2B sales platforms available instead of working with LeadJen. You will not only save a lot of money, you will also end up getting a better ROI. Hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to work with LeadJen.
