We received an invoice for $78.68 but we were charged $234.69 on January 13. Two months and several e-mails later we have never received a credit for the amount overcharged. The service was never great - in fact we lost some customers because AnswerNet couldn't follow our policies to notify technicians of service needs in a timely manner. Don't waste your time with this company.
