"Terrible Lead Quality" MarketJoy staff were helpful and responsive We recently hired MarketJoy to produce a list of qualified leads. When we began using the list, we were startled to find one of four errors in over 50% of them: (A) the leads had gone bankrupt years ago (as far back as the early 2000s--several leads were casualties of the dot-com bust); (B) the lead's website had changed, rendering the email domain defunct (our research showed that these website overhauls had taken place as long as five years ago); (C) in nearly two thirds of the cases, the associated addresses were completely inaccurate (organizations in Utah mislabeled as being in Florida, Texas in Rhode Island, and so on); (D) contrary to our requests, we were given multiple organizations outside the United States.
