"Do not do business with this factory if you value your company. After TWO YEARS of back and forth, it's time to expose these guys. The raw ingredients they use are terrible quality. They didn't follow specific instructions and bunch of the bottles weren't sealed properly and led to spoilage. They wouldn't take ownership of the issue and wouldn't let me into the factory to inspect the manufacturing process. The staff are all Chinese and there's a sense they prioritize Chinese speaking clients."
