I had engaged their services for a project. I found out that they are more of a fly by night operator rather than a professional agency. They don't even have a CRM, have no means of analyzing how good or bad a campaign has been and are just after your money. They will just shoot random emails to 1000s of recipients and the accuracy of DB is less than 20 percent. If you are talking to them, ask them to do a free PoC before you enter into any agreement with them. That will save you a lot of bother. They simply lack the ability to generate good quality leads.
